Please note same day appointments are not available to be booked online. For same day inquiries please call (905) 628-9904. Please leave a message as I do check them regularly and will return calls in between patients.
Also, the online calendar may show a 15 minute timeslot as open. That is only a 15 minute slot and is unavailable for booking. There unfortunately is a glitch with the calendar. Please look for a longer timeslot that is open to select your appointment.
PLEASE MAKE YOU YOU FINISH THE BOOKING PROCESS AND GET A CONFIRMATION EMAIL! I have had people show up for appointments they thought they booked having not finished the process and therefore have not received a confirmation email. I have no way of knowing that an appointment booking has been started but not finished.
Cancellation Policy : Please give 48 hours Notice! This is a busy time of year and to allow for cancellations to be filled I do need adequate notice. Cancellations less then 48 hours will be charged half or your appointment cost. No Shows will be charged the full appointment fee.
